Readpad keeps your books and covers only in this browser on this device — nothing is uploaded, no account. Closing a private window or clearing browser data erases them, and they don't move to another device by themselves: save a backup file regularly.
To read, reading, read: one card per book
Each book gets its own card, and one stamp moves it along. Track the page you're on while reading; add stars and the date when you finish. No account, no feed.
Readpad is a list on this device, not a social network or a shop: there are no ratings from other people and no recommendations. Open Library search is optional and only runs when you tap Search; it sends the title or ISBN you typed to openlibrary.org, and that is the only time Readpad goes online. Open Library misses many books, Korean and Japanese ones especially — typing a book in by hand always works.
